• This promotion is open to employees badged at Los Angeles International Airport or with an airline badge to receive employee discounts.
• Individual merchants reserve the right to validate your employee badge status at order collection and remove the discount if employment status cannot be verified.
• The LAX Order Now referral program is open to existing, previous, and non-LAXOrderNow.com users.
• To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: https://laxrefer.servy.us/employee. Any referrals submitted via channels other than the form will not be eligible.
• Referrals will only be eligible if the referred person has not previously ordered through LAXOrderNow.com.
• If a Referred person is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer.
• Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing user refers their own contact details.
• To constitute a successful referral, the referred person must make at least one order.
• If the referred person makes an order via LAXOrderNow.com, the referrer will receive a 25% discount for a future order via LAXOrderNow.com for a maximum of one referral.
• The limit number is one person a referrer can refer in our referral program.
• The 25% discount will only be issued for valid referrals once the new user places their first order through LAXOrderNow.com.
• The 25% discount will be issued within 5 days of the order being made by the referrer.
• There is no cash alternative and Servy reserves the right to withdraw or alter the referral reward, including changing the value of the discount or replace the discount promotion with an alternative, subject to availability.
• The LAX Order Now referral program is available to US residents only.
• In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred person, the decision of Servy is final.
• In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral discount, a claim must be raised for consideration to [email protected] within 30 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a Referral discount.
